  • Consulting Services To Be Offered In-Person and Digitally

    With the evolving WVU campus landscape and protocols during this health crisis, the Sport & Exercise Psychology Program at WVU is pleased to again offer in-person consulting services, as well as digital-consulting services for those who feel more comfortable working digitally.

  • Digital consulting services offered through COVID-19

    While we may not be able to meet in person during this health crisis, the Sport & Exercise Psychology Program at WVU is pleased to offer digital-consulting services. Utilizing programs such as Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet, our doctoral-level consultants are here to meet the needs of the Morgantown community. The field of sport psychology has been utilizing digital-consulting services for a number of years, and we are able to ensure client safety and security while offering our services online. 

  • Lifetime Activities will not offer Aquatics, Gymnastics or Martial Arts in spring 2020.

  • Announcement of program changes

    After 44 years of community service to the Morgantown area, the College of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences is saddened to announce that it will conclude its Lifetime Activities Program at the end of the fall 2019 semester.

  • Instructor teaching lecturing students on martial arts

    Adult and Youth Martial Arts Classes

    You and your child will get a kick out of exercise as you learn the discipline of Tae Kwon Do and Shaolin Kung Fu. Martial arts provides both physical and mental training, where adults and children of all ages can put their energy to good use, stay active, focused and have fun.

    Adult Group Fitness Classes

    Get fit and in shape with Kimberly Zaph's Get Pumped twice a week, Allen Embrey's 7 Week MMA Fitness and Erica Bentley's Noon Pilates classes. Others like Kickboxing, Martial Arts for Fitness and Boxing Conditioning are also available. Register prior to class by clicking the link below.
