Hatha Yoga

Class Description

A combination of Hatha and slow gentle flow yoga to recharge your day. The format of the class will alternate every week. One week we'll participate in a Breath, Flow, Meditation -in-motion class, and the next week the class will be more of a Restorative/Internal Practices style . All levels welcome.

Dates: Session I:   August 23-October 4

            Session II:        October 11-November 29 (no class November 22)
