Class Description

An introduction to the popular martial art and competitive sport of kickboxing. Build flexibility and strength.  Learn combinations, kicking and punching techniques while gaining the benefits of aerobics, cardio and self-defense.

Class Schedule

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15- 6:15 pm
 Dates: October 16- December 11 (8 classes)

 Fee: $120.00 (16 classes)
