The focus of the class will be boxing technique and cardiovascular stimulation. There will be absolutely no physical sparring between any of the participants or instructor. The sole purpose for the class is to encourage people to exercise in a non-traditional fashion that is both physically demanding and mentally stimulating while allowing them to have fun learning a skill in the process.
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Dates: February 6-27, March 1-29 (with week of 12-16 off for spring recess), and April 3-26.
Times: 6:00pm 7:15pm

Instructor Brandon Holmes: For the past four years, Brandon has been a member of the university’s club boxing team along with also taking both the kickboxing and tae kwon do classes here at the university with Toney Artice.
Toney will be mentoring the sessions of boxing along side Brandon.
