Fitness Assessments

Class Description

What kind of shape are YOU in? We will assess and evaluate the five components of fitness: body composition (fat mass vs. lean body mass), muscle strength and endurance, submaximal cardiovascular test, and multi-joint flexibility test. We will also check your blood pressure and resting pulse. In addition, a plan of action will be proposed as to how you can improve your fitness level.
