Junior Fitness Certification
The purpose of the 2-hour program is to
teach basic aerobic and resistance training principles and address proper
exercise etiquette. Session consists of both classroom and hands-on training
that will get kids ready to be on the fitness floor and use equipment
properly. Safety and nutrition are also
covered in this comprehensive course.
