Junior Fitness Certification

Class Description

The purpose of the 2-hour program is to teach basic aerobic and resistance training principles and address proper exercise etiquette. Session consists of both classroom and hands-on training that will get kids ready to be on the fitness floor and use equipment properly.  Safety and nutrition are also covered in this comprehensive course.  Certificate of Completion awarded to each participant.  Reserve your spot now!
