Tae Kwon Do - Beginners
Tae Kwon Do is a dynamic martial art that compliments all aspects of fitness. Its emphasis on long, high, powerful kicks and precise movements help the body go through dynamic physical change. Practicing Tae Kwon Do gives you mental and physical awareness as well as a great means of self-defense. This beginner class will prepare you for progressing through the belt rankings in the advanced class.
