Class Description

The format of the class will alternate every other week. One week, we'll practice a Mindful Sequenced Flow to restore flexibility, strength and focus. The next week, we'll practice a Hatha Yoga style including  Restorative poses and breathing exercises. Both classes end with relaxation.  All levels welcome. Minimum enrollment 10.
