Class Description

An introduction to the popular martial art and competitive sport of kickboxing. Build flexibility and strength.  Learn combinations, kicking and punching techniques while gaining the benefits of aerobics, cardio and self-defense.

Class Schedule

Mondays 5:15- 6:15pm
Session 1: $50.00  - September 11- October 9 (5 classes)
Session 2: $80.00 - October 16- December 11 (8 classes)

Both Monday Sessions: $120.00 (13 classes)

Wednesdays 5:15-6:15pm
Session 1: $60.00 -September 6- October 11 (6 classes)
Session 2: $80.00 - October 18- December 13 (8 classes)

Both Wednesday Sessions: $130.00 (14 classes)
