Buti Yoga

Class Description

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power flow vinyasa yoga, cardio intensive tribal dance, plyometrics, and deep abdominal toning. This all in one movement-method tones and sculpts the body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Utilizing the spiral structure technique (SST) to train the inner and outer core muscles, not only maximizing core strength and appearance, but also developing functional movement to prevent injury and achieve personal greatest strength and balance potential. Buti Yoga has foundations in Kundalini, Hatha, and Vinyasa style yoga; practicing ease and balance through asanas (or yoga postures,) while focusing on pranayama (breath work,) and chakra (energetic field) activation movements. Students will move with energetic, bass and beat heavy music to remove outside distractions and unify movement and breath for 60-75min. This intense format is guaranteed to work the mind and body, pushing past perceived limitations and helping any athlete to reach their highest potential.
