Take 5 Challenge and Incentive Program

Is your exercise consistent?  Want a jump start to your summer body?  Sign up for our NEW fitness challenge!  Complete 5 workouts, 5 days/week, for 5 weeks.  Those who successfully complete the challenge will be entered into a prize drawing. 

  • Workouts include any of the following: cardio, strength, flexibility, exercise class
  • One workout per day – minimum 30 minutes
  • Personal trainers are available to help


Class Schedule

Same hours as Stansbury Fitness Center

M/W/F 6:30 - 8:00 am and 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

M - F 4:00 - 8:00pm

Sat 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
